The MSA was established in 2000 by Mrs. Janice Mitchell Isbell as a tutorial firm. She only wanted to tutor the subjects of Math and Science. Through referrals she has tutored various subjects from pre-Kindergarten to graduate level work. Mrs. Isbell has more than thirty-five (35) years of experience tutoring and helping students. The business grew necessitating the hiring of additional tutors to meet the needs of the students.

Concern has now been focused on Bullies. I have read many comments online. I can’t believe some of the stuff I read. From man-up to kill the bullies. We as a country have to come to a viable soluntion. The status quo is not an option.
Each one teach one. If we each make up our minds to support a child that is not ours, we will get our youth educated and serving as productive citizens.
